Do I need to register in prior to use Proximove’s service?

No, proximove does not require its customers to go through a registration process. Be it a sudden trip or planned trip we make the process of booking more simpler and easier.

Does booking online in proximove cost me more?

Not at all! We do not add any additional fee above the cost of the vehicle and the mandatory government taxes.

Which cities are you operational ?

We are now operational in Coimbatore, Tirupur and its surrounding cities. We are expanding at a faster pace and would soon cover most of the cities in India.

What type of vehicles do you have?

We have tourist vehicle for all your group travel needs. Customers can choose from our fleet of Tourist buses, Mini buses, Tempo traveller and Cars ( SUV’s) depending upon their needs and number of people travelling.

Do you charge Booking Fee?

We would like to extend the price transparency directly to our customers.
No Booking Fee, No Convenience Fee, No Extra Charges.

Can I book more than One vehicle?

Sure, You can add Multiple vehicles as per your need and your group size.

2.Process involved during the booking

How does it work?


Plan your trip using our interactive proximove planner, Once your plans are confirmed go ahead to book your tourist vehicle of your choice.


For your convenience we have two options for the payment. You can pay 100% of the estimated amount or pay 25% of the estimated amount and reserve your vehicle. Then pay the remaining amount before 48hrs for Tourist Bus and 6hrs for Other Vehicles in the platform to confirm your vehicle booking.


You will get a reservation confirmation mail, once you book your desired vehicle. After making the full payment/(24hrs for tourist bus and 3hrs for other vehicle) you will receive a booking confirmation mail along with the driver details.

How do I make the payment with Proximove?

You can make quick and safe payments through the

  • All major national and International Bank’s, Debit and Credit cards will be accepted.

Why it is given Estimated Amount & how it is useful?

The Estimated amount is calculated based on the your inputs of the places you want to visit, so that we can arrive on the fare range of price for your trip. Although the actual price could be different from the Estimate depending upon the number of Kilometres you ride during your trip.

What does Estimated Amount Includes?

Estimated Amount Includes:

  • Tourist Vehicle rent
  • Permit cost (For Bus and Mini Bus Only)
  • Service Taxes
  • Transaction charges
  • Driver Bata
What all charges should I have to pay on road?

State Entry Tax,Toll charges, Parking charges, etc. All these charges are payable by the customer at actual.

What If I want to change my travel plans after booking?

In case of any changes in the plans after confirming the travel partner, you can do some minor changes in the plans with the prior approval of the operator. Alternatively you can always reach us and we would be happy to help you out.

How are the Kilometers calculated?

All distance calculations are based from the garage of the service provider back and forth.

What If my actual travel plan exceed the estimated Kilometer ?

No worries, You can still pay the difference amount (Actual-Estimated Price) to the driver as cash after the end of the journey.

What If my actual travel plan is below the estimated Kilometer ?

We will refund you the Remaining amount(Estimated - Actual Price) within 7 business days to the registered account details.

What if the amenities mentioned are not working in the vehicle?

Our operator partners normally ensure that all the amenities are in the best of its condition. TV, Wifi and Audio systems are additional benefits/add ons provided to you during the journey , in case of deficiency, neither Proximove nor Service Provider shall be liable and no refund/deduction shall be permissible from the Actual Price.

In Case of any malfunction of AC, Non-AC price will be calculated for the rest of the journey.

How can I Cancel my Booking?

You can cancel your ticket at Customer cancellation page link or call to the customer care number/ write us an e-mail addressing the issue.

What is your refund terms?

Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund policy .Refunds are initiated as soon as possible from our side. However it might take 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect on your registered account.

How can I share my travel plans ?

You can share your travel plans with your travel mates using the shareable link provided to you in reservation confirmation mail. You can also share it through Social media accounts like Facebook, Whatsapp etc.

What happens if the bus breaks down during the journey?

Since we partner with the best travel operators, the vehicles are reliable. In case of a break down, it is the operator’s responsibility to replace the vehicle during the journey.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?

Transactions on Proximove are very safe. We employ the best-in-class security and the transactions done are secure.

Is it mandatory to take a printout of the ticket?/I have lost my ticket. What should I do now?

There is no need of print out’s to be carried at the time of the boarding. Your E-ticket and valid ID should be enough during the time of the check in.

If you have lost your ticket, Drop a call or mail to our customer service team they will do the needed.
